Sizing
What size should I order?
Order your usual UK dress size. The shaper is true to size.

The product
Will it show through my clothes?
No. The seamless edges and matte finish are made to disappear under bodycon, silk, jersey and fitted trousers.
How firm is the compression?
Firm but comfortable, Colombian-style compression. It sculpts your waist, tummy and hips without cutting off circulation.
Can I go to the toilet without taking it off?
Yes. The open-crotch design means you never have to take it off.
Can I wear it after having a baby?
Yes, once your midwife or doctor has cleared you (usually around 6 weeks after birth). Check with them first if you've had a C-section.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry or iron.
Can I mix colours and sizes in a bundle?
Yes. When you choose The Duo or The Collection, you pick the colour and size for each piece separately.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery to the UK takes 5–10 working days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
Check your tracking link first. If it's past the expected delivery time, email help.byvella@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Returns
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with the tags still attached. Email help.byvella@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. See our refund policy for the full details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Email us within 30 days and we'll help you swap to the right size.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments go through Shopify's secure checkout.
