Vella respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone number, shipping address and order history
- Payment details: processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see your full card number
- Website usage: pages viewed, device type and how you found us, through Shopify Analytics and (if you accept cookies) the Meta Pixel
- Marketing preferences: only if you sign up for our emails

- To process, ship and support your order
- To prevent fraud
- To send order and shipping updates
- To send marketing emails, only if you've agreed (you can unsubscribe any time)
- To improve our website and ads
Who we share it with
- Shopify, our e-commerce platform
- Our fulfilment and shipping partners, only to deliver your order
- Meta, for ad measurement, only if you accept cookies
- Our email service provider, if you've subscribed
We never sell your personal data.
Your rights You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing help.byvella@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (the ICO in the UK, or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands).
Cookies We use necessary cookies to run the shop (for example your cart) and, with your permission, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choice through the cookie banner.
How long we keep it Order data is kept for 7 years for tax reasons. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
