Refund & Returns Policy Last updated: October 2026
30-day returns If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Conditions Because shapewear is worn close to the skin, we can only accept items that are unworn (only tried on over underwear), unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to return
- Email help.byvella@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Please don't send anything back before you've received our instructions, as we can't process returns sent to the wrong address.
Refunds Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges Need a different size or colour? Email us within 30 days and we'll help you exchange it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item Email help.byvella@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Your legal rights This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery.
