These terms apply to all purchases on byvella.store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are Vella is an online shop selling shapewear, based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at help.byvella@gmail.com.

2. Products We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Shapewear is designed to smooth and shape your silhouette while you wear it; it is not a medical device and does not change your body permanently.

3. Use Choose the right size using our size guide. Don't wear the shaper if it causes pain, numbness or breathing difficulty. If you're pregnant, recently gave birth or have a medical condition, ask your doctor or midwife before wearing compression garments.

4. Prices and payment Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

6. Returns and refunds See our Refund Policy. This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property All content on this website, including text, images and videos, belongs to Vella and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in the UK or another EU country, you keep any protection given to you by the consumer law of your country.
